Van Wagner placed Hankook Tires on our MLB Home Plate TV signage with the Texas Rangers. Not only did this target a key domestic market, but at the time, S. Korean National icon Chan Ho Park, was a pitcher for the Rangers and every game he pitched was broadcast internationally back to S. Korea.

With Van Wagner’s guidance, Hankook has grown their investment to utilize our TV-Visible signage across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness in key U.S. markets including:

Brand recognition levels went from almost non-existent to the high 70-percentile nationwide after using TV-visible signage for five years.

Long-term investment continues to deliver results. In 2000, Hankook was ranked #17 in tire U.S. tire sales.  They are currently ranked #5 in the U.S. and #6 worldwide!

Today, Hankook Tires is one of the top five MLB Home Plate TV signage advertisers and are often thought to be an official sponsor. The company has more than tripled their investment and considers this program the most important and effective advertising they do in the U.S.
