Van Wagner's Fauser Gets New Role

ROBERT C. FAUSER HAS BEEN appointed senior partner with responsibility for all
direct-to-advertiser marketing of Van Wagner products, including billboards, street furniture,
signage in sporting events, and aerial banners. In this capacity he will also have a key role
in new business initian=tives undertaken by the company. Meanwhile, Fauser will continue on the
Van Wagner executive committee, reporting to CEO Richard Schaps. However, his responsibilites as
president of Van Wagner's Eastern division will pass to John Massoni and Jordan Schaps, who will
share his former duties.
